Open up your ares program and look in control panel,then ****?ck on the transfer tab,to the right you will ***?e bandwidth.In that box you can ***?t how much of your bandwidth is used for uploads and downloads.If it is ***?t at zero it will use unlimited bandwidth and that will definitely slow you down on your network cause all computers on your network are sharing the same connection. You will have to experiment with the up and download ***?ttings to ***?e what works best for your connection.Hope this helps solve your problem.
