How do I switch my Ares music from one hard drive to another?

My computer crashed so I had to get a new one. They were able to transfer my hard drive over to my new computer, so now I have two hard drives. I have downloaded Ares on my new hard drive ****? how do I transfer the songs from my old one to my new one? I can’t even find the songs on my old hard drive.
